Female/Technical Innovative Director
GLORIA AZUME KANZONI is a Mechanical Engineer, Head of Department and teaching mechanical engineering courses at the Bolgatanga Technical Institute. She also serves as the Coordinator of Women in Technical education (WITTED) involved in organizing technical programs for young girl and encouraging them into the mostly male dominant sector’s in education and industry. Gloria has a master’s in Mechanical Engineering, University of Wenneba (2018); BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology (2015). Gloria’s professional certifications include City and Guild, Advanced Diploma/Diploma. She has vast experience as Machinists, Fleet Maintenance with the Ghana Water Company and has led a machine shop/production of spare parts.

The traditional chief and head of the Arigu community. Chief has been in the regional and district educational space as a teacher, and educational administrator for more than 40 years. Apart from having degrees in Education and Public Administration, Chief has been in both the political and community development and advancement for many years. He is one of the highly educated and experienced traditional leaders in the evolving Africa leadership innovation taking shape across the continent where traditional leadership requires highly educated gentry.
Head of Operations, Agricultural Sector
George is an expert in Tropical Agriculture. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Tropical Agriculture (HND TA). Graduates are specialized farm administrators and are noted to inject life into lifeless and collapsing farm structures across semi-arid and tropical lands. Many have effectively managed large-scale exporting farms, and other farmer service organizations, and international.
Director, Internal Audit and Evaluation
Ayariga Sulemana has a Higher National Diploma (HND) degree in Accounting. He accomplished his national service as a Revenue Officer for Ghana Revenue Authority. His role involved collecting delinquent taxes and have not been paid to the GRA and securing tax returns that are overdue from taxpayers. Ghana's National Service Scheme is a one-year mandatory employment program for all tertiary graduates under 40. The Scheme, introduced in 1973 as a requirement for tertiary graduates upon completion of their first degrees) national services as a community development officer.
Director, Communcation and Secretary

He is involved with urban planning, assessment of housing needs, and revitalization projects within a city or community. His work job included overseeing project managers, tracking project progress, and issuing reports to superiors. Education: UNIVERSITY FOR DEVELOPMENT STUDIES Degree: BACHELOR OF ART INTEGRATED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT Specialized as the Community Developer and play a role in development planning for the UTAPAFRICA project as a volunteer at present.
Director, Planning & Engineering
Mr. Lukeman Kanzoni is an expert in construction technology and management. He has a BSc. in Construction Technology and Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Lukeman has over 10 years of working and managing construction projects across Ghana. Lukeman is a designated CM, who has been involved in large and complex construction projects. He has the skill-set and experience coupled with training specifically for building and construction management through a higher education degree program. He has vast knowledge and experience in working with both the private and public sectors. He has had a year attachment with Ghana Standard Authority under the testing department. He worked as an Assistant Engineer with Akuapem South Municipal under one year of national service. He worked with Trade Vision LTD (construction company) as an engineer and site manager for six (6) years. He has also worked with La Dadakotopon Municipal Assembly for three years. Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) - BSc. Construction Technology and Management (KNUST). Accra Technical University - HND in Civil Engineering. Lukeman is leading the engineering and construction service for UTAP.
Administration & Human Resources (HR)
Ernestina has vast experience in Human Relations (H.R) management for about eight (8) years. She specifically worked in gender equality for women and children welfare in Ghana. She has attended series of seminars across west Africa regarding gender and children-related issues. Notable among them is the one held in Nigeria in 2019 with the topic of woman and children welfare, setting the importance in nation-building. She serves as the Director and chief executive officer (CEO) of El Foundation for the needy in Ghana. She also serves as the representative of the least-served outreach in Ghana. A non-governmental organization in Canada working with women and children affairs in gender equalities. It ensures women and children are protected, especially those in the rural communities in Ghana and Africa at large. Ernestina hold's a Higher National Diploma (HND) in secretaryship and management from Tamale Polytechnic. She is currently a student at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management.
Procurement (UTAPAFRICA)
Mrs. Elizabeth Anona completed her tertiary education at Bolgatanga Technical University with HND in Procurement and Logistics in 2015. She has extensive knowledge and 6 six years of experience in the field of procurement and logistics. She has worked for four years with Sunyani Regional Hospital as a procurement officer. She has also worked a year with the Enterprise Insurance company as a sales representative. Lastly, she performed with Zebila District hospital and Zebila District Assembly each year under an attachment with the procurement unit.
